Day 1

Alba Wellness Valley By Fusion is a wellness-inspired resort that offers specially curated wellness experiences with a desire to bring a meaningful journey back to your true self and it focuses on 3 key components – our body, mind and soul.  Home to Thanh Tan Hot springs and the Alba Wellness Resort, the valley offers tastefully decorated rooms and bungalows to suit all.

Arrival and check-in, healthy welcome drink, resort welcome tour, Onsen and Ying & Yang spa treatment, healthy dinner with non-alcoholic drink and Chakra healing meditation.

Day 2

Start the day with a healthy breakfast, and followed by yoga, hiking*, celery juice experience at Maori, free time before high wire*, followed by Onsen, natural living eucalyptus treatment, healthy lunch or dinner, water meditation.  Rest for the day. 

Day 3

Start the day with morning hiking* , celery juice experience at Maori, yoga, breakfast, free time, high wire* , Onsen, Prana vital energy treatment, healthy lunch or dinner and breathing class. Rest for the day. 

Day 4

Celery juice experience at Maori, biking, breakfast, free time, zip line* , cooking class by the farm and lunch, Onsen, Siamese healing treatment, healthy lunch or dinner and Chakra healing meditation. Rest for the day.
